Appointment enquiries collect your name, email address, contact number, preferred service, requested date/time and consent to be contacted. Do not include medical diagnoses, symptoms or sensitive health details in the booking form or chat assistant.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Contact information is used to respond to enquiries, manage and confirm requested bookings and address service questions. Do not send health or payment data through the booking form. Personal information is not sold for advertising.

4. Storage and security

Booking information is stored in the website’s private hosting database, accessible to authorised administrators. HTTPS, password protection and application checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Access to the hosting provider and backups is managed separately.

5. Retention and requests

Details are retained as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, bookings and lawful business obligations. You may contact Lizette to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. External services

If you use WhatsApp or your email application, the provider’s own privacy practices apply. The website may load fonts from Google Fonts. Lizzy uses predefined responses and does not intentionally store chat messages in the bookings database.

7. Your choices

You may contact Lizette directly instead of using the website. You can also ask about the handling of your information or privacy complaints by email.
