Please read these conditions before requesting an appointment. These general terms should be reviewed by the business owner and a qualified adviser.

1. Nature of the service
All sessions are complementary wellness experiences focused on relaxation, general self-awareness and optional lifestyle discussion. Information provided during sessions or by Lizzy is not medical advice, a clinical finding or an interpretation of a diagnostic test.
2. No medical claims or guarantees
SCIO is not presented as a clinically validated way to diagnose health conditions or treat illness. No particular health, educational, hormonal or medical outcome is promised. Never stop medication or delay professional care because of any biofeedback session.
3. Voluntary participation
Lizette will explain the process, equipment and any relevant precautions. You may ask questions, decline a procedure, or end a session. Please discuss any device-related concerns, implanted electronics or pregnancy with your healthcare professional and Lizette before participating.
4. Children and minors
A parent or legal guardian must authorise services for minors and agree to any required intake and privacy arrangements before an appointment.
5. Bookings, fees and cancellations
Online submissions are appointment requests, not guaranteed reservations. Lizette will confirm availability, the agreed service, duration, price, payment arrangements and any applicable cancellation terms before finalising. Clients retain their rights under South African consumer protection law, including reasonable cancellation provisions.
6. Privacy and contact information
Booking requests collect only the name, contact number, email, desired service and appointment preference necessary to respond. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses or other sensitive health details through the public booking form or Lizzy chat. Contact Lizette to enquire about access, correction or removal of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
7. Chat and external communications
Lizzy provides limited general information and cannot offer emergency or medical advice. WhatsApp opens an external platform subject to its own privacy terms. For medical emergencies, seek immediate professional assistance.
